At Howell’s School, we understand the importance of flexibility for modern family life. That’s why our Nursery and Prep School fees include wrap-around care include during term time. We understand that plans can change, that meetings can run over and that Cardiff’s traffic is not entirely predictable, which is why there is no need to book wrap-around care in advance—you can simply let us know on the day, making this service as convenient and flexible as possible for families.

Your daughter can arrive to enjoy breakfast with her friends from 7.45am, helping her start the day in a calm and sociable environment. After school, she is welcome to stay with us until 5.45pm, giving you peace of mind and flexibility at the end of the day. If she is attending a school club at the end of the day, the club leader will take her to after school care until you arrive to collect her.

Our popular Holiday Club runs during the school holidays and on INSET days, operating the same extended hours of 7.45am to 5.45pm. Places can be booked by the day, offering maximum flexibility.

Cost: £39 per day

Includes: Breakfast, morning snack and lunch

Plus: All activities, enrichment sessions and trips—no hidden extras

Holiday Club provides a fun, engaging and caring environment where girls can relax, explore new interests and enjoy time with friends, while parents enjoy complete reassurance, knowing their children are being cared for by our school staff, in an environment that they are familiar with.
