From our Wear It Pink catwalk in the Prep School to lunchtime fundraising with cakes and friendship bracelets, our community came together in true Howell’s spirit to support an important cause.
Our Knit and Natter Club got creative making crochet boobs, and we were honoured to welcome Breast Surgeon Zoe Barber, who shared her professional insights with Senior School girls — a huge thank you to our friends at The Every Woman Festival for connecting us. You can watch their chat here.
The week concluded with a powerful assembly led by Mrs Lloyd-Jones and Mrs Tummon, before the whole school gathered on the playing fields to form a giant pink ribbon (see our pink ribbon masterpiece below!)
This term also marked the launch of our Women’s Health at Howell’s year-long campaign — a journey to empower our community with knowledge, confidence, and conversation around women’s health. These activities were just the beginning, and we can’t wait to continue next term as we move on to the topic of periods.
