Explore Our Clubs
At Howell’s, we believe in nurturing well-rounded individuals through a vibrant co-curricular programme.

We encourage girls to explore a wide array of clubs to discover and develop their passions. From Year 7 onwards, our diverse selection of clubs ensures there’s something for everyone, whether it’s before school, after school, or during lunchtime.
In the realm of music, girls can immerse themselves in strings, orchestra, computer composing, radio club, percussion, jazz, choir, guitar, and ukulele groups.
For those pursuing higher musical achievements, we offer GCSE Practicals and Prestissimo Winds for Grade 5 and above. On the sporting front, alongside our Talented Athlete Programme (TAP), we offer opportunities in badminton, tennis, hockey, cheerleading, football, netball, dance, gymnastics, softball, and GCSE PE groups, as well as access to the fitness suite.
Beyond these, our clubs span art, photography, Amnesty, chemistry, coding, classics, creative writing, creative media, debating, history, history film, knitting, maths, science, and robotics. And we’re continually expanding our offerings to cater to evolving interests.
